This page provides a practical website privacy framework. It should be reviewed against the final live form provider, analytics configuration and applicable legal requirements before launch.
Information submitted
When you request a quote, the site may collect contact information and shipment details that you choose to provide. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through the quote form.
Purpose
Submitted information is intended to be used to respond to inquiries, assess shipment requirements, prepare quotes and manage related communications.
Analytics
Google Analytics is not activated by default in this build. If activated, the site configuration uses IP anonymization and the privacy notice should be updated to reflect the final analytics and cookie setup.
Third-party websites
The tracking page can send users to official third-party carrier websites. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
Retention and security
Retention periods and server-side security depend on the final form endpoint, email system and hosting configuration. NMS should keep only the information reasonably needed for the stated business purpose.
