FAQ

Common questions about NMS shipment workflows.

These answers explain the role of NMS and where the operating carrier remains responsible for physical transportation and tracking events.

Is NMS Logistics the carrier that physically delivers every package?

No. NMS is an independent third-party logistics and parcel-handling company. Shipments may move through third-party carrier networks depending on the agreed workflow.

Can you work with UPS, FedEx or Purolator?

NMS can coordinate workflows involving major carriers where service is available and the relevant commercial authorization exists. Mentioning a carrier does not by itself imply a partnership or endorsement.

How do I track a package?

Use the NMS Track Shipment page, select the operating carrier and open that carrier’s official tracking system.

Can NMS coordinate international shipments?

Yes, international workflows can be reviewed. Acceptance depends on origin, destination, contents, documentation, carrier availability and customs rules.

Who pays duties and taxes?

Duties, taxes, brokerage and customs charges depend on the shipment terms, destination rules and carrier process. These costs are separate from any NMS coordination unless explicitly included in a written quote.

Do you handle returns?

Return and reverse-logistics workflows can be coordinated for individuals or recurring business needs, subject to the applicable carrier process.

What information is needed for a quote?

Pickup location, destination, package count, approximate weight, dimensions, domestic or international status, customer type and expected monthly volume are especially useful.
